Job Title : Marketing and Events Coordinator – AWS Programs

Job Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing and Events Coordinator to support our AWS-focused marketing and lead generation initiatives. This role is critical in managing event follow-up, coordinating outreach for lead generation activities, updating AWS marketing tools, and supporting opportunity and calendar management.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Event Follow-Up & Customer Engagement
- Monitor event registrations to identify attendees who request onsite meetings.
- Coordinate and schedule these meetings in advance of the event.
- Serve as the liaison between sales and marketing to ensure follow-up actions are completed post-event (e.g., sending thank-you notes, follow-up emails, and demo scheduling).
2. Lead Generation & Recruitment Support
Pull targeted lists for recruitment and lead gen events using internal and external data sources.Coordinate with list vendors for contact procurement and list refinement.Manage and send outbound invitations to prospects for events, webinars, and campaigns.3. Contact Management & ACE Platform
Extract and manage AWS-specific contact data from ACE to support training and event recruitment.Maintain updated and accurate contact records to ensure effective targeting and outreach.4. AWS Calendar & Registration Management
Update AWS events calendar with upcoming training and lead gen events.Ensure all events are correctly linked to the appropriate registration pages.5. Opportunity Management & Marketing Alignment
Support ACE opportunity updates to align with marketing campaigns and event participation.Track status of opportunities and assist in marketing attribution reporting as needed.6. Communications & Scheduling
Send out calendar invites for events, webinars, and meetings.Coordinate follow-up communications such as event recap emails, thank-you messages, and demo scheduling support.Qualifications :
2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, events, or sales support.Familiarity with AWS ACE (or similar partner platforms) is a strong plus.Proficient in tools such as Sales Force, Power Point, Excel, Outlook, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot).Experience managing event logistics and follow-up campaigns.Strong attention to detail and project management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsPreferred Experience :
Experience working with technology partners or in a cloud services ecosystem.Understanding of B2B marketing and lead gen tactics.Skills Required
