Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and increase revenue growth in the air and ocean freight forwarding industry.
- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets, provide coaching, training, and mentorship.
- Build strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction, identify upsell opportunities, and resolve issues promptly.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile
8-12 years of experience in Business Development or Sales Management in the air & ocean freight forwarding industry.Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and logistics operations.Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.Skills Required
