Position Overview - People Operations & Benefits Admin

We are seeking a People Operations & Benefits Admin to support end-to-end administration of US & Canada employee benefits programs. This role is responsible for benefits operations, vendor and employee communications, Processing Invoices / Payments, compliance reporting, and systems management (HRIS & vendor Portals).

As a key individual contributor, you will manage renewals, enrollments, payroll elements, and vendor integrations; oversee reconciliations, invoicing, and open enrollment; and ensure compliance with US (ACA, COBRA, ERISA, HIPAA) and Canadian provincial benefits requirements. You will also handle employee queries, vendor escalations, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless benefits delivery.

The ideal candidate brings 4–8 years of experience in US / Canada benefits operations , strong HRIS expertise (Dayforce preferred), and proven skills in compliance, issue resolution, and stakeholder management. If you are detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about benefits administration, we'd love to hear from you.
