Role Overview
We’re looking for a
dynamic, entrepreneurial, and data-driven leader
to own and scale NxtWave’s business across an entire state.
As the
State Head – Sales & Operations
, you’ll drive revenue growth, optimize ROI, manage large teams, and ensure seamless operational excellence in your region.
This is a high-ownership role for leaders who thrive on building and scaling businesses.
What You’ll Do
1)
Own the P&L
for your state — drive revenue, profitability, and ROI.
2)
Build and execute growth strategies
aligned with company goals.
3) Lead, manage, and scale
a multi-layered sales team (Senior Managers, Territory Managers, etc.).
4) Drive high-volume
B2C sales
across urban and semi-urban markets.
5) Optimize
CAC, retention, and churn
through data-driven actions.
6) Expand NxtWave’s presence by identifying and developing new markets.
7) Build deep relationships with students, parents, and communities.
8) Recruit, mentor, and develop future leaders across your team.
9) Ensure
operational excellence
and consistent performance tracking.
Who You Are
8–12 years of experience in
Sales & Business Leadership
, with 4–5 years managing state / large-region operations.
Proven success in
owning P&L
and driving strong business outcomes.
Experience in
EdTech, BFSI, Telecom, FMCG
, or other high-volume B2C industries.
Strong grasp of
sales funnels, CAC, ROI, and retention metrics
Exceptional
leadership, communication, and strategic planning
skills.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
