Talent Recruiter

We are hiring Talent Recruiters to take full ownership of our end-to-end hiring process. You'll be required to operate with a high level of agency, urgency, and accountability to meet ambitious hiring targets in a fast-paced startup environment. This is the perfect role for performance-oriented professionals with a high ceiling for growth and rewards.

This is a full-time hybrid position at our office in Pune, India (Mon-Wed WFO, Thu-Fri WFH).

You'll be required to work some of your time in the US Pacific time zone.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruiting : Run end-to-end recruitment – source, screen, coordinate, and close candidates.
• Candidate Sourcing : Drive outbound sourcing on LinkedIn, job portals, and through referrals to build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Pipeline Management : Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring pipeline, ensuring top candidates are prioritised and move through the funnel to close.
• Offer & Onboarding Management : Manage the closing process for candidates end to end - including managing the offer process as well as the onboarding process.
• Recruitment Focus : Focus on recruitment for 6–12 months. Some minor HR operations projects may be assigned but recruitment will be the primary focus for the first 6-12 months of your career with our company.
