Key Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to potential clients / customers to introduce company products or services.
• Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly.
• Understand customer needs and provide relevant information.
• Assist in generating qualified leads for the sales team.
• Maintain call records and update CRM systems accurately.
• Support marketing and business development initiatives as needed.
