We are seeking a data-driven strategic leader to join a leading life insurance company as part of the Distribution Strategy & Transformation team. The role involves leveraging data and analytics to drive strategic decision-making, optimize distribution performance, and support transformative initiatives. The candidate will work closely with senior leadership to translate complex data into actionable insights and influence key business outcomes.
Responsibilities :
- Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights for business performance improvement
- Ownership of data-driven strategy and transformation projects under the guidance of senior team members
- Identify solutions to problems using data, research, and analytics
- Create executive-ready presentations and dashboards for management consumption
- Support and manage strategy and transformation projects under senior guidance
- Conduct market and competitive research to guide strategic decisions
- Collaborate with internal functions across S&D and other departments
- Engage with external vendors for data and analytics requirements
Pre-requisites :
