What you'll own
- Build and maintain the board → subject → unit → topic taxonomy (IDs, parent–child rules, aliases, versioning).
- Define and enforce tagging schemas that power Mindmap, Chat, Drill, and Gameplan.
- Run context QA so the right topic reliably triggers the right Mindmap / Chat / Drill / Gameplan.
- Write acceptance tests and edge-case checklists; track and close defects with Product / Eng.
- De-dupe content, fix drift, and keep mappings stable across releases.
- Create SOPs for new subjects / boards and train internal / external contributors.
- Partner with PMs, Designers, and Engineers on launches and migrations without breaking links.
- Maintain coverage & accuracy dashboards ; report weekly on gaps and fixes.
Must-haves
Hands-on with K-12 boards (CBSE / ICSE / State) structures and terminology.Proven work in taxonomy, tagging, content QA or information architecture.Strong QA mindset : test cases, reproducible bug reports, edge-case thinking.Tools : Sheets / Excel or Airtable / Notion; comfort with bulk ops.Clear written communication; crisp documentation.Nice-to-haves
Basic SQL or analytics; familiarity with Figma for Mindmap / UI review.Experience testing prompts / contexts in AI products.How we'll measure success
