Qualification : MBA / PGDM / B.E. / B.Tech

Experience : Minimum 5+ years

Industry Background : Coal | Cement | Minerals | Steel

Key Responsibilities

✅ Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness

✅ Negotiate prices, contracts, and delivery terms

✅ Manage purchase orders and maintain optimal inventory levels

✅ Ensure compliance with procurement policies and company standards

✅ Build strong vendor relationships for long-term partnerships

Qualifications

• Procurement Management and Supplier Selection skills
• Contract Negotiation and Vendor Relationship Management skills
• Inventory Management and Cost-Saving Strategy skills
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with procurement software and tools is a plus
