Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Design Manager to lead our design practice for retail convenience consumer technology in Bangalore. This role will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of user-centered design solutions, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and business impact across digital and physical touchpoints in the convenience retail sector.

Responsibilities :

• Design Leadership : Define and execute the design vision and strategy for retail convenience consumer tech, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Team Management : Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of UX / UI designers, researchers, and content professionals.
• Design Excellence : Oversee the end-to-end design process, from research and ideation through prototyping, testing, and final implementation.
• Collaboration : Partner closely with product management, engineering, and business teams to deliver intuitive, scalable, and innovative design solutions.
• User-Centric Innovation : Champion user research and data-driven design, ensuring products meet and exceed customer expectations in convenience retail environments.
