Senior Engineering Manager - Distributed Systems

We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager who can combine technical depth with strong leadership skills to drive engineering excellence.

You will be responsible for leading multiple engineering teams, scaling systems, and mentoring top talent while working closely with product and business leaders to deliver outcomes that move the needle.

• 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 35 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of leading multiple engineering teams in high-growth environments.
• Strong background in system design, distributed systems, and scalable architectures.
• Hands-on technical expertise in at least one modern tech stack (e.g., Python, Java, Go, Node.js).
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern DevOps practices.
• Exceptional people management, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Ability to balance short-term execution with long-term strategic vision.
