Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Business Development Manager with proven experience in IT sales.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our IT services portfolio including Web Development, Digital Marketing, and Mobile App Development. The role involves daily interaction with corporate clients, identifying business opportunities, presenting solutions, and closing deals in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Acquisition & Sales Generate new business opportunities for IT services such as Web Development, Digital Marketing, Mobile App Development, and related solutions.Conduct daily meetings with corporate clients to pitch services, understand requirements, and present tailored solutions.Drive the complete sales cyclefrom lead generation to proposal presentation, negotiation, and successful deal closure.Client Relationship Management Build, manage, and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients, contractors, and key decision-makers.Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and fostering repeat business. Maintain strong professional relationships at multiple levels within client organizations.Lead Generation & Business Growth Generate leads through online portals, email marketing, social media, networking, and referrals. Develop and execute creative marketing and business development strategies to expand the client pipeline. Identify new markets, trends, and opportunities to drive revenue growth.Account Management Regularly update internal systems and documentation regarding client interactions, opportunities, and account status. Ensure timely follow-ups, maintain accurate forecasts, and report progress on weekly and monthly targets.Collaborate with internal technical teams to align client requirements with service capabilities. Performance & Strategy Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Work efficiently under pressure with an aggressive results-driven approach.Provide strategic insights and ideas to enhance marketing initiatives and improve sales performance. Requirements Experience & Education Minimum 4+ years of experience in IT Sales or Business Development within the technology services domain.MBA preferred; graduates with strong IT sales experience will also be considered. Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of Web Development, Digital Marketing, Mobile App Development, and IT service offerings.Proven ability to prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close deals independently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation and interpersonal abilities. Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Strong convincing skills, confidence, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Highly driven, target-oriented, and adaptable to high-pressure environments. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Preferred Attributes Experience working with international clients is a plus.
