Job Description : HR Analytics & PMO Lead
Role Purpose
To build a data-driven HR ecosystem by leading HR analytics, insights, dashboards and driving large-scale HR programs. The role acts as the “control tower” for HR – integrating analytics, project governance, AI-enabled HR interventions, and cross-functional program management across Global HR, Business HR, CoEs, and Corporate functions.
Key Responsibilities
A. HR Analytics & Insights (50%)
- Build and manage real-time HR dashboards across Talent, Performance, Organisation, Productivity, Retention, Cost & Culture.
- Lead organisation’s people analytics agenda including predictive analytics (attrition prediction, productivity, manpower cost, hiring funnel efficiency, AI-enabled insights).
- Partner with HRBPs & Business leaders to provide monthly talent insights for Optical Networking and Digital Business.
- Own all HR KPIs, data governance, accuracy, and reporting cadence to MD, CEO, CHRO, CFO, and Business Heads.
- Create workforce planning models—headcount, cost runway, productivity, role-criticality, automation potential.
- Manage HR data systems including audits, integrity, and improvements.
- Support board-level reporting, attrition & talent movement reports.
B. PMO – HR (50%)
Run the HR PMO for all HR projects.Drive program governance—charters, timelines, milestones, RAG status, risk management and decision logs.Coordinate with cross-functional teams for program deliverables.Track outcomes for projects for all HR projects .Manage MD / CEO / CHRO reviews, ExCo updates, & weekly / fortnightly PMO rhythms.Lead strategic HR projects like 3-year HR strategy, organisation redesign, leadership reviews, critical skills mapping.Skills & Competencies
Strong HR analytics tools knowledge : Power BI, Tableau, Excel advanced.Understanding of HR processes : TA, TM, PMS, L&D, Rewards.Program / Project management certifications preferred.High ownership, precision, structured problem solving.Ability to work with senior leadership with strong communication.Qualification & Experience
MBA / PGDM in HR / Analytics / Operations.6–10 years of experience in HR Analytics, HRIS, PMO or Business Analytics roles.Experience in manufacturing or global HR environment is preferred.
