With ambitious plans to scale from - 150 Cr to - 500 Cr in the next 24 months, we are looking for dynamic sales professionals who can drive new business growth in corporate sales, expand market reach, and help us achieve Mission 500.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive new business development in corporate sales within the assigned city.
- Leverage 25+ active corporate contacts to generate leads and close deals.
- Ensure the first corporate deal closure within 60 days of joining.
- Sell packaging solutions, B2B procurement platforms, warehouse / dark store assets, branding / promotional items, or other solutions relevant to the e-commerce industry.
- Manage end-to-end corporate sales cycle - prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure.
- Utilize CRM platforms (Zoho, Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.) to track and manage sales pipeline.
- Build long-term corporate relationships to ensure repeat business and customer retention.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
5-8 years of proven B2B sales experience in the same city you are applying for.Strong track record in corporate sales and new business development.Must have an active network of at least 25+ corporate clients.Prior experience in selling to the e-commerce industry.Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Zoho, Salesforce, or Hubspot.MBA preferred with strong communication, consultative selling, and negotiation skills.Hustler mindset with a focus on performance and results.(ref : iimjobs.com)
