We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist with deep expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and proven experience in scaling campaigns through Google Ads. The ideal candidate should have 5-6 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within high-growth EdTech startups, and a strong track record of driving measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads (core focus) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
- Drive user acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth through data-driven strategies.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and optimize for CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to design impactful ad creatives and messaging.
- Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI while ensuring scalability.
- Conduct regular A / B tests on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, especially within the EdTech 5-6 years of experience in performance marketing with a strong focus on Meta Ads and hands-on experience with Google Ads.
- Prior experience in EdTech startups is highly preferred.
- Proven success in scaling paid campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other performance tracking tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven startup environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Preferred : Experience in Google ads, Meta ads, Attribution tracking and Analysis.
