Experience : 8-10 years

Location : Pune,Gurgaon

Notice Period : Immediate Joiners / Serving / 30 Days

Job Type : Full-time Direct Payroll with Company

Skills Required :

• Started career as a Java Developer
• Currently working as a Lead / Project Manager / Scrum Master
• 2+ yrs Product Management experience with web-based products
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum / Kanban / SAFe
• Certified Scrum Master preferred
• Experience in user story writing , story point estimation , backlog management , and prioritization
• Exposure to Design Thinking & NFR (Non-Functional Requirements)
• Servant leadership , conflict resolution, and excellent communication skills

Only candidates with an Immediate / Serving / 30-day notice period will be considered.
