Sales Engineer

Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Analyst to support our sales team by providing insights, reports, and data-driven recommendations. The candidate will work closely with sales managers and leadership to track performance, analyze trends, and help drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide actionable insights.

Prepare regular sales performance reports and dashboards.

Support forecasting, pipeline management, and target tracking.

Identify sales trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Costing, Technical Sales Support) to support business decisions.

Qualifications & Skills :

2–5 years of experience in sales analysis, business analysis, or a similar role.

Experience in tracker sales or EPC Sales or Solar Inverters or Solar Modules is mandatory.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
