About the Role :
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Lead to spearhead our brand, product, and demand-generation efforts.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance data-driven decision-making with creative campaigns to drive growth, awareness, and customer engagement.
The Marketing Lead will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Customer Success) to shape and execute our marketing roadmap.
Key & Leadership :
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Lead brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans.
- Manage, mentor, and grow the marketing team.
Demand Generation & Growth :
Drive lead generation through digital marketing, content marketing, SEO / SEM, social media, and events.Build scalable campaigns that deliver measurable ROI.Partner with sales to ensure alignment on pipeline growth and lead quality.Brand & Communications :
Strengthen the companys brand presence across online and offline channels.Oversee PR, media relations, thought leadership, and employer branding initiatives.Create compelling storytelling around product, company vision, and customer success stories.Analytics & Insights :
Track, measure, and report marketing performance across campaigns and channels.Optimize campaigns based on data insights to maximize effectiveness.Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer 9 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, tech, or product-driven companies.Proven track record in demand generation, digital campaigns, and brand management.Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, content marketing, and performance analytics.Experience in leading and scaling a marketing team.Excellent communication, storytelling, and leadership skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like Exposure to AI, SaaS, or B2B product ecosystems.Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.Prior startup or scale-up experience.What We Offer :
