Job descriptionEnsure timely closure of action items by coordinating with cross-functional teams including Branch Banking, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Technology. Prepare and maintain project trackers, dashboards, and executive updates for leadership reviews. Strategic Support Support in preparation of board-level presentations, business reviews, and strategic planning documents. Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making on key banking initiatives. Stakeholder Engagement Facilitate meetings, document outcomes, and ensure follow-ups are actioned. Identify process improvement opportunities across banking operations and support implementation. Monitor KPIs and ensure adherence to regulatory timelines and internal governance standards. MBA or equivalent degree in Finance, Strategy, or Business Administration. 8â€'12 years of experience in banking, financial services, or consulting, with exposure to project management and strategic roles. Strong understanding of banking operations, risk, and compliance frameworks. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution in a matrixed environment. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Role Overview :
The Chief of Staff will act as a strategic enabler to the Director, supporting the execution of key initiatives across banking operations, and transformation projects. This role demands a high level of coordination, analytical thinking, and execution discipline to ensure timely delivery and alignment with the business goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Management & Execution
Drive and monitor progress of strategic and operational projects across banking functions.
Assist the Senior Director in prioritizing initiatives, managing stakeholder expectations, and aligning resources.
Act as a liaison between the Senior Director and internal / external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and follow-through.
