Job descriptionSpyne raises $16 Mil! Spyne raising another round!! Spyne secures funding for US Expansion! Own a high-impact, high-visibility function in a rapidly scaling AI SaaS company . Lead strategic projects, investor relations, and cross-functional execution. Build and scale the Business Analytics team , driving data-backed decision-making across the organization. Work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive efficiency and business growth. Be part of a team that values speed, agility, and innovation . Act as a thought partner to the CEO & leadership team, driving company-wide strategic initiatives . Define, track, and own key business KPIs , ensuring execution of high-impact priorities. Lead special projects , including investor relations, funding closure and business process optimization . Prepare executive reports, investor decks, and MBR presentations . Lead a centralized Analytics team , ensuring data-driven decision-making across the company. Develop and track key business metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, Churn, Expansion, etc.) to provide real-time insights. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to generate insights that drive revenue and efficiency . Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and forecasting models for executive and functional teams. Identify and implement best industry practices to enhance operational efficiency. Automate reporting and analytics workflows to improve productivity and accuracy. Standardize data collection, tracking, and governance across business functions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and execution . Act as the bridge between leadership and different business units , ensuring clear communication and execution. Strategic Thinking : Ability to connect high-level business goals with execution strategies. Data-Driven Mindset : Expertise in analytics, SQL, and BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.). Problem-Solving : Structured approach to solving complex business challenges. Leadership & Execution : Experience in leading teams, driving large-scale initiatives, and executing at speed. Stakeholder Management : Strong communication and ability to align cross-functional teams towards business objectives. Work closely with the CEO to drive company-wide strategic initiatives . Optimize internal processes to improve operational efficiency and execution. Identify and implement best industry practices to enhance business decision-making. Own and track revenue growth across different business verticals. Create and maintain real-time dashboards to ensure visibility on key performance metrics. Identify trends and data-driven opportunities to scale growth. Identify skill gaps within the Business Analytics team and implement upskilling initiatives . Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization. Industry Insights & Stakeholder Sessions : Gain a deep understanding of industry trends, client use cases, and the competitive landscape. Product Knowledge : Hands-on experience with our AI-driven SaaS platform . Structured Business Management : Access to past strategy decks, investor reports, and leadership frameworks . CRM & Analytics Tools : Deep dive into historical business data and real-time analytics . Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with different teams to enhance data-driven execution. Regular Feedback Sessions : With key stakeholders, including the CEO, to refine strategies. Quarterly 1 : 1 Career Reviews : Focused discussions on career growth and leadership development. 5-8 years of experience in business strategy, analytics, or consulting , preferably in B2B SaaS . Have a blend of Startup and Consulting experience An Engineering academic root with an MBA for a Tier-1 college Prior experience in Chief of Staff, Strategy, or Business Operations roles at a high-growth startup. Strong background in data analytics, business intelligence, and forecasting . Experience working directly with C-level executives and managing strategic projects . Proficiency in SQL, Excel, BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.) . Exceptional problem-solving, execution, and stakeholder management skills.
