Job Summary

The Procurement Executive is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing packaging materials, and services in alignment with company objectives. This role plays a critical part in ensuring cost-efficiency, timely delivery, and quality compliance of all procurement activities.

Key Responsibilities :

Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, service, and reliability.

Negotiate Price and PO terms with vendors to achieve best value.

Issue purchase orders and track delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfillment.

Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and consumption data.

Handle QC reports, rejections, and replacements.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse and operations teams.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement best practices.

Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies.

Qualifications and Skills :

Education & Experience :

Bachelor’s degree in Packaging, Operations, or a related field.

2.Technical Skills :

Proficiency in MS Office

Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Familiarity with contract law and sourcing strategies.

3.Soft Skills :

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
