We are looking for :

A Site HR Partner in Pune , who is to lead and manage all HR functions for the Global Capabilty Center India , ensuring alignment with local labor laws, business objectives, and Syensqo's global HR strategies. The role will support employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance across the GCC

• Employee Engagement
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
• Foster a positive work environment and resolve workplace conflicts in compliance with local regulations.
• Work with TA for employee on-boarding and employee experience
• Contribute to initiatives that enhance employee Engagement and organisation Culture
• Help and guide Managers in adapting Managers self service model .
• HR Compliance
• Supervise the adherence to HR policies and Processes
• Ensure adherence to labour laws and Syensqo's internal policies.
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
• Data Management
• Maintain all the data and records of employees at GCC.
• Handle employee data management and HRIS updates including time and attendance
• Prepare reports for management and regulatory bodies
• HR Projects & Initiatives
• Support regional and global HR projects.
• Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
• Manage Rewards and recognition Programs
