HR Technology & Compliance Program Manager

We are hiring a PMO Manager (HR Tech) to lead HR system implementations, integrations, and compliance processes. The ideal candidate has strong HR tech knowledge, experience working on TCS Chroma , and the ability to manage projects on tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage HR tech projects : implementations, enhancements, integrations.
• Work across enhancing or implementing HRIS, ATS, RMS, and attendance / payroll systems.
• Coordinate with IT & vendors for configurations, testing, UAT, and go-live.
• Prepare PMO documentation, trackers, and dashboards.
• Own HR policy creation, updates, and governance.
• Manage compliance processes
