Job description5+ years of experience in HR Tech / HR systems / PMO. Strong working knowledge of TCS Chroma . Experience in system integrations and HR process alignment. Preferably an ex-Bajaj Finance employee with TCS implementation experience. B.Tech / Engineering preferred; Must be Pune-based or ready to relocate
We are hiring a PMO Manager (HR Tech) to lead HR system implementations, integrations, and compliance processes. The ideal candidate has strong HR tech knowledge, experience working on TCS Chroma , and the ability to manage projects on tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR tech projects : implementations, enhancements, integrations.
- Work across enhancing or implementing HRIS, ATS, RMS, and attendance / payroll systems.
- Coordinate with IT & vendors for configurations, testing, UAT, and go-live.
- Prepare PMO documentation, trackers, and dashboards.
- Own HR policy creation, updates, and governance.
- Manage compliance processes
