We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our team at FMCG Co. in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with retailers and distributors in the region.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with retailers and distributors in the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly sales targets by promoting FMCG products.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for sales growth.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries effectively.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay competitive.
Skills and Qualifications
1-5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in FMCG sector.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Skills Required
