Job Summary :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical

MIS Executive – Sales

with 3–4 years of experience in the FMCG sector, based in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing MIS reporting, coordinating with CFA (Carrying & Forwarding Agent) operations, and maintaining high fill rates to ensure effective sales performance and smooth supply chain execution.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS reports and dashboards.

Monitor and analyze sales performance vs. targets across regions / SKUs.

Coordinate with CFAs to manage stock levels, dispatches, and inventory movement.

Track and ensure optimal

fill rate performance

to avoid stock-outs and improve order fulfillment.

Maintain data accuracy across sales and inventory databases.

Support the sales and logistics team with actionable insights based on MIS reports.

Generate and automate reports using Excel, ERP systems, and BI tools.

Provide timely reports to senior management to assist in decision-making.

Key Requirements :

Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).

3–4 years of relevant experience in MIS, CFA coordination, and sales operations in FMCG.

Strong command over MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Macros).

Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and reporting tools like Power BI / Tableau (preferred).

Good understanding of CFA functioning, stock management, and supply chain coordination.

Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Effective communication and coordination skills.
