We are looking for SAP HR
Experience : 6 to 8 years
Location : Pan India
Must-Have Skills - :
Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM modules : Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), and Payroll.
- Deep understanding of SAP S / 4HANA HCM architecture and data models.
- Experience in SAP Fiori apps related to HCM.
- Proficiency in configuration and customization of HCM processes in S / 4HANA.
- Knowledge of integration with SuccessFactors, SAP Finance, and other modules.
- Strong understanding of business processes in HR and statutory compliance.
- Experience in data migration using tools like LTMC or LSMW.
- Ability to write functional specifications and work with ABAP developers.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good-to-Have Skills-
Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Talent Management).Experience with SAP Activate methodology and agile project delivery.Knowledge of SAP Workflow, ESS / MSS, and HR Renewal.Understanding of India-specific statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Income Tax).Certification in SAP HCM or S / 4HANA HCM.Experience in international rollouts or multi-country implementations.Job Responsibilities - :
Lead or support SAP S / 4HANA HCM implementations, upgrades, and support projects.Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.Configure and test HCM modules in line with client requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.Participate in fit-gap analysis, solution design, and blueprinting.Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.Troubleshoot and resolve issues in SAP HCM landscape.Stay updated with SAP innovations and recommend improvements.
