Communicating project status, updates, and milestones to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment. Representing R&D on customer relationships, tracking execution to plan, aligning with senior leadership of team on mitigation and escalation management Mentoring and guiding team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
