Job Title : Marketing Automation Lead
About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Marketo Specialist to power our marketing automation efforts. You'll build and execute email campaigns, create landing pages, forms, and related content—including social posts and nurture sequences.
Location : Bangalore, Karnataka
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, QA, and deploy email campaigns, nurture programs, forms, landing pages using Marketo
- Configure complex workflows and program logic, including dynamic content and segmentation strategies
- Collaborate with content, creative, and digital teams to craft campaign copy, social content, and promotional assets
- Monitor email deliverability while ensuring GDPR compliance
- Monitor email performance—open / click rates, conversions and generate actionable reports
- Conduct A / B and multivariate testing to optimize email performance, including subject lines, content, design, and send time
- Assist with lead scoring models, segment maintenance, database hygiene, and Marketo best practices
- Create and maintain rules for lead scoring and build nurture email campaigns
- Create weekly and monthly performance reports on email automation and landing page conversion and optimization
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field2–5 years hands-on experience in Marketo Engage, covering email, forms, landing pages, and social content creationSalesforce CRM knowledge—lead / contact sync, workflows, attribution, reportingSkilled in segmentation, lead scoring, dynamic content, tokens, workflows, and smart listsExperience with A / B / multivariate testing frameworksTechnical proficiency with HTML / CSS is a plusExcellent project management, collaboration, and communication skills; detail-orientedWhy You'll Love This Role
