Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, based in the Mohali district. The Human Resources Executive will handle daily HR tasks such as HR operations, managing employee relations, implementing HR policies, and overseeing overall HR management functions. The role will require maintaining a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance with employment regulations, and supporting the organization's talent management and development needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) practices
• Experience with HR Operations and HR Policies implementation
• Strong skills in Employee Relations and fostering a positive work environment
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage compliance with employment laws and regulations
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar HR role is preferred
