Role Overview : Product Manager

We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle management, from ideation to delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps, gather requirements, and drive product development efforts. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for technology and a proven track record in product management.

The role also has requirement to guide ML / AI team too. This will be an amazing opportunity to learn

Responsibilities :

Requirement Gathering : Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define product requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of user needs.

Product Development : Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality products that meet user expectations.

User Experience : Champion a user-centric approach to product design and ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience.

Market Analysis : Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the market.

Product Launch : Plan and execute successful product launches, including go-to-market strategies and marketing collateral.

Product Metrics : Define and track key product metrics to measure product success and make data-driven decisions.

Product Improvements : Continuously iterate and improve products based on user feedback and performance data.

What We’re Looking For :

Bachelor's degree in a related field (MBA or relevant certification is a plus).

4-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the construction tech industry.

Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies.

Nice to Have

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) .

Knowledge of authentication and authorization (OAuth, JWT, Firebase Auth) .

Exposure to WebAssembly (WASM), Three.js, or WebGL .

Contributions to open-source projects or experience in building design systems.
