About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of human resource management within our fast-growing social networking platform company. The HR Manager will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and culture building , ensuring that our organization attracts, retains, and develops top talent.

This role is critical in shaping a positive workplace environment while aligning HR practices with the company’s goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent across technical and non-technical roles.
• Manage end-to-end hiring process including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
• Employee Engagement & Relations
• Build programs to promote employee satisfaction, retention, and professional growth.
• Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work culture.
• Performance Management & Development
• Implement performance appraisal systems and KPIs.
• Drive training, learning, and development initiatives for employees.
• Policy & Compliance
• Ensure HR policies are compliant with local labor laws and regulations.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
• Culture & Organizational Development
• Champion company culture, values, and team collaboration.
• Support leadership in organizational design and change management.
• Compensation & Benefits
• Oversee payroll, salary structuring, and benefits administration.
• Benchmark compensation against industry standards for competitiveness.
