Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Senior role in Dehradun for an E-Commerce Business Manager. The E-Commerce Business Manager will oversee the daily operations of our online store, manage product listings, coordinate with the marketing and development teams, analyze sales data, and develop strategies to increase online sales. The individual will ensure the website is optimized for usability, performance, and conversion rates and stay updated with e-commerce trends to implement improvements accordingly.

Qualifications

• E-commerce management and online retail sales experience
• Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and tools
• Experience with digital marketing, SEO, and online advertising
• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and make informed decisions
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Must carry years of knowledge and experience in the Fashion & travel retail industry
• Willing to relocate in Dehradun
