FluidCloud - Manager - Finance

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as a strategic adviser to the CEO and executive team, providing data-driven insights and recommendations on finance, operations, and business planning.
• Oversee execution of strategic business initiatives and ensure alignment with company goals.
• Lead and support financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes, using CPA / CA expertise to maintain regulatory compliance and drive fiscal discipline.
• Optimize operational processes by reviewing, redesigning, and implementing workflow and efficiency improvements.
• Coordinate and communicate objectives across departments, facilitating collaboration and organizational alignment.
• Oversee and support cross-functional projects including M&A, fundraising, ERP implementation, cost reduction, and new market entry.
• Lead or participate in executive meetings, follow up on action items, and drive execution of key deliverables.
• Serve as the CEO's delegate in selected meetings and represent leadership in high-level communications.
• Mentor teams on best practices in finance, compliance, and operations, fostering a culture of performance and accountability.
