We at Coforge are hiring Delivery Head with the following skillset :

Responsibilities :

• Responsible to manage delivery and carry P&L responsibility for a large client.
• Overall leadership of the Delivery team.
• Delivery Management, Operations, Support and Maintenance of critical multiple applications.
• Orchestrate horizontal service lines like Infra, Integration, Experience, Data, ERP.
• Lead and support customer in their product and technology solutions development and deployment in various areas (automation, AI / ML, engineering, architecture, integration etc.)
• Customer Management : Building strong relationships with customers working closely with the Client Partner.
• Metrics, Dashboard, SLA reporting and tracking.
• Responsibility to transform processes and operations.
