1. Managing Guest Interactions : Addressing guest concerns effectively, both pre-booking and post-booking.
2. Inventory Management of Properties : Overseeing the inventory of all property-related items, including furnishings, amenities, and supplies, to ensure properties are well-stocked and ready for guest use.
3. Supplier Coordination : Collaborating with suppliers and vendors to procure necessary items while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
4. Property Upkeep : Maintaining properties to the highest standards of cleanliness, functionality, and aesthetic appeal to enhance the overall guest experience.
5. Enforcing Upkeep Schedules : Ensuring all areas are regularly cleaned, maintained, and inspected.
6. Managing Housekeeping Staff : Supervising and coordinating housekeeping staff activities to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations throughout the properties.
7. Quality Control Implementation : Assessing and enhancing the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and common areas.
