Purpose
The role is responsible for driving the expansion of EuroKids Preschools in the assigned territory by identifying, onboarding, and operationalizing new franchise partners. The role holder will ensure a seamless partner experience — from lead generation to centre launch — while maintaining the brand’s standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Franchise Acquisition and Onboarding
- Achieve high-quality franchise sign-ups by :
- Converting leads shared by the central team through strong relationship-building and consultative selling.
- Proactively identifying new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Delivering persuasive sales presentations aligned with EuroKids’ brand and business model.
2. Centre Operationalization
Ensure timely and efficient launch of new centres by :Guiding prospective partners to identify suitable properties as per brand criteria.Facilitating collection of franchise fees and coordinating procurement of furniture, equipment, and launch essentials.Ensuring smooth fit-out and readiness in line with company timelines.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to hand-hold partners till inauguration.3. Pre-Launch Marketing & Business Readiness
Partner with the marketing team to plan and execute pre-launch marketing activities for lead generation and brand visibility.Ensure Point of Purchase (POP) materials and Welcome Kits are in place as per brand standards.4. Sales Administration & Compliance
Maintain accurate and updated records in the Lead Management System (LMS).Adhere to daily market visit norms and reporting requirements.Validate KYC documents of potential partners and coordinate with Head Office for MOU and Agreement sign-offs.Experience & Qualifications
Full-time MBA with 3–5 years of experience in Franchise Development, B2B Sales, or Enterprise Sales.Proven ability to manage end-to-end sales and onboarding cycles.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Experience in the telecom, retail, or service franchise sectors preferred.Why Join Us
