The Role :

As CTO, you will be the custodian of REC’s digital spine—designing and implementing systems that make our campus smarter, more efficient, and future-ready. This role goes beyond IT management : we want a leader who can reimagine the teaching-learning process, optimize infrastructure and people’s time, and infuse innovation across every touchpoint of campus life.

What You’ll Do :

• Build and manage REC’s digital ecosystem, ensuring it is robust, scalable, and cutting-edge.
• Lead the adoption of next-gen technologies to transform classrooms, labs, and learning experiences.
• Drive efficiency in infrastructure and resource utilization through smart systems.
• Bring a “futuristic campus” mindset—anticipating what education and technology will look like 5–10 years from now.
