AV Support Specialist

Job Description :

Experience : 4 to 7 Years

Location : Hyderabad

• Deliver a high level of colleague support to all end users ensuring all queries in relation to meeting rooms / AV equipment are resolved professionally and efficiently.
• Carry out first line support for all AV equipment.
• Work closely with the onsite Desktop / Helpdesk team.
• Work closely with 3rd parties to organize hardware replacements and configuration of meeting room equipment.
• Perform daily checks of all meeting rooms and collaboration spaces.
• Monitor, track and maintain equipment inventory.
• Support and run onsite events.
• In-depth knowledge of Cisco technology & Polycom technology.
• Microsoft Teams.
• IPTV.
• Handheld, ceiling and table microphones.
• Be organized and flexible and adapt to every situation.
• Excellent customer service skills with previous experience of supporting executives.
• Able to work under pressure
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Experienced in setting up training and collaboration spaces.
