Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated AV Design Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing pre-sales support, creating effective AV solutions, and collaborating closely with clients to meet their audiovisual needs.

Responsibilities : Pre-Sales Support :

  • Engage with clients to understand their AV requirements and objectives. Provide technical expertise during the pre-sales phase, offering insights into AV solutions.

Solution Design :

  • Design comprehensive AV solutions based on client specifications and industry best practices.Create detailed AV system schematics, diagrams, and documentation.

    • Client Collaboration :

  • Work closely with clients to present and explain proposed AV designs, addressing any inquiries or concerns.Provide technical guidance to clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.

    • Product Knowledge :

  • Stay updated on the latest AV technologies and products. Collaborate with vendors to understand product features and capabilities.

    • Collaboration with Sales Teams :

  • Partner with sales teams to develop proposals and presentations for clients.Assist in preparing accurate and competitive project bids.

    • Quality Assurance :

  • Conduct system testing and quality assurance checks on AV solutions.Ensure that designed solutions meet both client requirements and industry standards.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Audiovisual Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in AV pre-sales support and design engineering.
  • Proficient in using AV design software and tools.
  • Strong understanding of audiovisual technologies, signal flow, and integration.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    • Preferred Skills :

  • Industry certifications such as CTS, CTS-D (InfoComm Certified Technology Specialist - Design) are a plus.
  • Familiarity with control systems (Crestron, AMX) and video conferencing solutions.
  • Project management skills for coordinating AV installations.
