Responsibilities Team Lead Direct Taxation

Preparation of workings, maintaining records required for returns and filing Tax returns of all entities

Assessments - Preparation of workings, drafting responses and providing the information sought during assessments

Drafting and filing response to various notices / demands raised by department

Handling tax audit - Data preparation and providing for form 3 CD, providing clarifications to tax auditors. Co-ordination for filing of Form 3 CD,

TDS Compliance monthly / quarterly / half yearly / yearly

Handling TP audit - Form 3 CEB, wherever applicable

GST TDS reconciliation with Indirect Tax Team & Reconciliation of 26 AS with GL
