Responsibilities
- Team Lead Direct Taxation
- Preparation of workings, maintaining records required for returns and filing Tax returns of all entities
- Assessments - Preparation of workings, drafting responses and providing the information sought during assessments
- Drafting and filing response to various notices / demands raised by department
- Handling tax audit - Data preparation and providing for form 3CD, providing clarifications to tax auditors. Co-ordination for filing of Form 3CD,
- TDS Compliance monthly / quarterly / half yearly / yearly
- Handling TP audit - Form 3CEB, wherever applicable
- GST TDS reconciliation with Indirect Tax Team & Reconciliation of 26AS with GL
