Accountant – Flexi Pitches

About Flexi Pitches :

Flexi Pitches connects Top 1% Leaders, founders, and investors through curated Demo Nights and Awards. With events happening across multiple cities, we’re scaling fast — and need an accountant who can keep our financials sharp, compliant, and growth-ready.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage day-to-day accounting entries, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Handle invoicing, GST filing, and TDS-related compliance.
  • Coordinate with vendors and clients on payments, advances, and settlements.
  • Maintain accurate books in Tally, Zoho Books, or similar software.
  • Prepare monthly P&L statements, cash flow summaries, and budget reports.
  • Support audits, maintain documentation, and ensure all records meet statutory norms.
  • Track event-wise expenses, reimbursements, and margins.

Skills & Requirements :

  • 2–5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in event, startup, or service-based companies.
  • Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and financial compliance.
  • Hands-on with Tally, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks.
  • Accuracy-focused with strong ownership of timelines.
  • Comfortable working with Excel and managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
