Sourcing Manager

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Sourcing : Develop and implement sourcing strategies to ensure the timely and

cost-effective acquisition of high-quality 2 Wheeler spare parts from suppliers

(distributors and wholesalers)

Supplier Management : Identify evaluate and manage relationships with suppliers to

maintain a reliable and diverse supply chain.

Negotiation : Negotiate pricing terms and contracts with suppliers to achieve favorable

outcomes while maintaining quality standards.

Quality Assurance : Ensure that all sourced spare parts meet our quality standards and

regulatory requirements.

Inventory Management : Work closely on inventory management to optimize inventory

levels and minimize stockouts.

Cost Optimization : Continuously seek opportunities to reduce costs without

compromising quality or service levels.

Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends market dynamics and emerging

technologies to inform sourcing decisions.

Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing team to align sourcing strategies with

marketing initiatives and product launches.

Reporting : Generate reports and analyze data to track sourcing performance and identify

areas for improvement.

Compliance : Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and regulatory

requirements in all sourcing activities.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in supply chain management business administration or a related

field.

Proven experience in strategic sourcing supplier management and negotiation

preferably in the spare parts industry and startup.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with sourcing software / tools.
