Role Description

We are looking for a Pre-Sales & Lead Management Intern to join our team in Bangalore (on-site) .

In this role, you'll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to support pre-sales activities such as lead qualification, engagement, and pipeline management . You'll interact directly with prospective clients to understand their requirements, create deals in the CRM, and hand them off to the sales team for closure.

Your responsibilities will also include :

  • Maintaining and analyzing lead data for actionable insights.
  • Coordinating with clients to capture requirements and ensure smooth communication.
  • Managing CRM records and updating deal statuses.
  • Supporting training sessions related to our products and services.
  • Assisting with reporting, follow-ups, and client engagement activities.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and customer interaction skills .
  • Understanding of sales processes and lead management .
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about pre-sales operations and data-driven sales .
