Sales & BD Intern

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include :

1. Generate, research, and qualify leads across HoReCa, caf s, retail, and partner channels.

2. Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to sampling, follow-ups, negotiation, and closure.

3. Continue and close conversations already initiated by the BD team with pending clients.

4. Maintain strong communication and interpersonal rapport with chefs, managers, baristas, and retail partners.

5. Conduct market visits for sampling, demos, client feedback, and on-ground brand representation.

6. Update CRM / trackers daily and prepare concise weekly progress reports.

7. Monitor competitor activities and map high-potential caf and retail clusters.

8. Support events, pop-ups, and sampling drives with coordination and stock management.

9. Coordinate influencer shipments, follow-ups, and content tracking.

10. Work with operations to manage dispatches, stock allocation, deliveries, and quick issue escalation.

2. can start the internship between 18th Nov'25 and 23rd Dec'25

3. are available for duration of 3 months

4. are from Bangalore only

5. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements

1. Polyglots preferred as this role requires communicating in the regional language of clients to build rapport.

2. Basic designing skills like Canva is a plus.

3. Being able to work under high pressure and close deadlines.

Additional information

Stipend Structure :

Fixed pay :  ₹ 5,000 - 7,000 / month

Incentive pay :  ₹ 2,000 - 2,500 / month
