Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele-counsellor at the Institute of Professional Banking in Gurugram. The Tele-counsellor will be responsible for reaching out to potential students via phone, providing information about banking courses, and addressing queries. Additional responsibilities include following up with leads, maintaining records of communications, and assisting with the enrolment process.
