Assistant Manager – HR

to own both

HR Operations and

Business Partnering .

Role Highlights :

As Assistant Manager – HR, you will be responsible for :

Managing end-to-end

HR operations

– payroll, compliance, employee support and assistance in designing

Driving

talent acquisition & onboarding

across store and office roles

Acting as a

Business Partner

to employees and leadership on people matters

Leading

employee engagement, learning & development, and performance processes

Providing data-driven

HR dashboards & insights

to guide business decisions

Success in This Role Looks Like (First 12 Months)

Hands-on recruiter with the ability to engage and retain talent

Payroll, compliance, and core HR processes run smoothly and without error

Smooth and scalable Recruitment & onboarding processes established to support business growth.

Assist leadership in establishing clear

HR framework

(performance cycle, compliance adherence).

Healthy

employee engagement and retention scores

across brands.

Leadership

dashboards and insights .

Employee engagement activities successfully drive a positive work culture.

HR role is also positioned as a

supportive and approachable function

for employees and managers.

What We’re Looking For :

MBA / PGDM in HR (from reputed institute preferred).

Proficiency in

MS Excel, PowerPoint, HRIS tools

3-6 years

of HR experience, ideally with exposure to bot h

operations and business partnering

in retail, fashion, or lifestyle industries.

Strong generalist HR background (talent acquisition, performance, engagement, compliance).

Excellent

stakeholder management, communication, and conflict resolution skills .

Ability to thrive in a

fast-paced, entrepreneurial startup environment

with limited resources

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills and ability to manage payroll partners

Location : Bangalore
