Key Skills and Qualifications :

• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 2+ years of proven sales experience in IT Staff Augmentation or IT Services industry.
• Strong understanding of BFSI Service industry.
• Deep network across Technology leaders, HR, and Procurement heads in global organizations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Results-driven, with a consultative and relationship-first selling approach.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
