Required Skills and Experience

• 5 to 7 years of experience in application development of TIBCO BusinessWorks
• Implementation of TIBCO for banking clients, Design and Development of Integrations for banks. Minimum of one end-to-end implementation or integration is required.
• Deep technical expertise on TIBCO Business Works.
• Experience in creating Functional Specification Document and Interface Specification Documents.
• Experience on Java, Springboot technologies.
• Working knowledge in integration of banking applications
• Variety of technologies including programming fundamentals, SQL, operating systems.
• Strong technical acumen & deep working knowledge of Agile Methods, Service Architecture, and enterprise Cloud Integration
• Strong ability to influence, collaborate and build relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams
